1. (Lamp Housing Breaking Process)
Pre-breaking Inspection : Check for defects or stress points.

Scoring/Cutting : Use a glass cutter or diamond wheel to create weak lines.

Controlled Breaking : Apply pressure to break along scored lines (e.g., with breaking pliers).

Edge Detaching : Remove sharp fragments carefully.

Debris Removal : Clean residual particles with brushes/vacuum.

2. (Polishing Process)
(Mechanical Polishing):

Rough Polishing : Use coarse abrasive pads (e.g., 80-120 grit).

Fine Polishing : Switch to finer abrasives (e.g., 200-400 grit).

Buffing : Achieve gloss with soft cloth wheels + polishing compound.

(Chemical Polishing):

Acid/Alkali Treatment : Dip in solution to smooth surface.

Neutralization & Rinsing : Remove chemical residues.

(Electropolishing):

For metal housings, use electrolyte bath + electric current.
